The WmW Mentoring Program’s Vision Board Workshop was a great opportunity for me to grow and learn from other women. I was partnered with a business owner who was in a position similar to the level I was working towards and had several more years of experience. By working with her, I was able to learn from her experiences and lessons faster than I would have been able to do on my own. One of the biggest takeaways from the Vision Board Workshop was that you can set goals at the beginning of the year and that it’s ok if they change as the business progresses. After attending this workshop and recognizing the great work that they do, I knew I wanted to be a part of the WmW mission and Team, so I decided to inquire about any leadership positions, and now I am a Board Member!

Working with Whoamentoring has changed my life so much these past couple of months. I’ve learned so much from Dr. Hill on how to be a better leader to my community and in my everyday life. Whoamentoring has made me more determined and more confident in myself then I’ve ever been. They have been committed to my development both professionally and personally.

I was impressed with the Whoamentoring Works program and was blown away by services offered to the youth in the community. Seeing the smiles on the youth faces as they expressed their gratitude and displayed their talents that the Whomentoring program afforded them was nothing short of amazing. Mentoring goes a long way. Keep empowering, supporting, and motivating our youth. Great job and I look forward to attending events in the future.

I am excited and proud to speak on behalf of Whoamentoring Works & Dr. Kymrae Mizell. Since we have known Dr. Mizell, she has presented us with the tools and resources to support young ladies’ journeys. She instills a sense of pride and confidence that is needed with the Youth to help pursue their dreams and goals for the future. I admire her professional development that she provides to my daughter, Trinity. Dr. Mizell has a strong program for Youth that instills awareness and safety protocols and opportunity for life. It brings me joy to see the impact that Dr. Mizell creates an engaged environment with my daughter and others, and I look forward to the community supporting her efforts to continue the great work that she does through Whoamentoring Works.

I attended Whoamentoring Works’ Vision Board creation workshop. I enjoyed being able to put together my thoughts and goals on paper and have a constant reminder. It was a fun event with great guidance and insight. It also was a great bonding experience with my close friends and young family members that attended with me, thank you Whoa!

Having my daughter participate in Whoamentoring Works was by far the best decision I've made. She learned leadership skills, building her confidence, communication skills, discipline on time management, and a variety of other life skills needed to be successful in this world. I would most definitely recommend this program for anyone interested in increasing your potential and / or trying to find your voice.

My daughter Saria joined the Whoamentoring program to gain confidence in her own skin. She has gained so much independence and strength working with the ladies in leadership. I look forward to many more years of their programs. Thank you for all you do.

I am a recent State of Florida , Department of Corrections Supervisor retiree. Although I am retired, I still wanted to continue contributing to the community in a positive way. Dr. Kymrae reached out to me and informed me about Whoamentoring Works, and invited me to attend her Law of Attraction Workshop. The workshop was very informative and encouraging. She provided us with motivational tools to utilize throughout the year, and encouraged the young participants to be worthy and responsible. I left the workshop feeling encouraged that a Whoamentoring program such as the one I attended, is available to both our community’s youth and adult women.

I would like to mention the fantastic support we received from WhoaMentoring Works this past school year. Ms. Cyndi, the facilitator, was exceptional in reaching our students and providing age- and grade-appropriate sessions that addressed their needs. Working with their staff was a highlight of our school year.

Whoamentoring Works is an exceptional agency that provided our students of all grades with tools for success disguised in a fun-learning environment. We love them, and cannot wait to have them work with our students next year.
